Return & Refund Policy:

At D³ Engineering, we take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Because many of our items are custom-designed, made-to-order, or application-specific, please review the policy below carefully.

Returns:

We accept returns only for unused, uninstalled items in original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and uninstalled

  • Original packaging is required when applicable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Digital files, CAD files, or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Due to the nature of 3D-printed and custom-manufactured products, fitment and application should be verified prior to installation.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
